Book Ben Khalled hotels

I booked a triple room, they gave us a cramped messy family room. I pushed back and they got annoyed. Finally they gave us a double room. I want a partial refund. The sheets were dirty and had to get them to change it. The furniture was old and mostly everything on the wall was crooked. Not with the money at all. Location was the only good thing.

Staff members were amazing

we three friends have the holiday in here，I have a rest in the room，and look around the bed，I saw the duvet cover has some yellow colours，I feel strange，then check the bed sheet and found some sand and body hair on the bed sheet and duvet cover，it's very dirty，also another two beds have same problems. we couldn't believe this is four stars hotel. I report it to the manager and he asked a staff to change it for us. The sink stopper is gone in the bathroom，it's very danger to washing hands for women，if you have a ring skip from your finger，it will be losses into the pipes. The hair blower is very old styles，you could burn your hand if you used it for longer. this hotel is not match with 4 stars rate

The rooms we stayed in on two separate occasions were a little basic, but the amenities made up for it. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. The dinner buffet was amazing! My favorite part of the hotel by far.
