Located in Balmaha, The Oak Tree Inn is on a lake, a 3-minute drive from Conic Hill and 8 minutes from Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park.
The room was excellent but the downside was the room above was also let at the same time and the noise from above spoilt the stay slightly. The bar and restaurant were pretty good although one evening I had to wait fifteen minutes before someone came over to get my drink order.
