Book Belmont hotels

The ocean was visible in the far distance looking over the parking lot, police station, and other buildings. This is a nice old building in need of updating all around. The heat was impossible to regulate, so we froze the first few hours and then it was too hot the rest of the time. Staff was super friendly and helpful but they quit at 7. Also, the only ice machine in the entire building is located in their little store, so if you don’t get there before 7pm, you are out of luck. The pool area is old but it was decent. The workout area spills out from the workout room into the hall outside of the pool which was odd. We had a good time but not sure this place is worth the money.

Oh yes; dog treats in the lobby; BIG help with me maneuvering puppy dog outside with 3 legs and 15 years old; rearranging rugs to accommodate him as he’s terrified of falling on wood, linoleum, and tile floors. These people WERE NOT ASKED for help either; they saw me struggling with my back issues; jumped right in to make accessibility easier for my baby doggy!

Great, super nice staff, great view

The place is really nice, very relaxing, easy to work out of if you too. The disappointment was we were there 3 days for a local hospital medical treatment and had to wait for clearance call by 12:30 that we did not need to stay longer. Checkout was at 11am so we asked for a 12:30 checkout on a Thursday just 1 1/2 hr delay and were told no. The hotel was not full by any means in fact they didn't do the room the previous day until after 3pm so it should not have been a big deal and was very disappointing. Otherwise it was really great and would highly recommend if you were in the area.

Disappointed on how the hotel staff handled the situation I brought up to them regarding being intentionally snowed in around my car by the plow truck driver - not once but twice during the same one night stay. Gave them multiple opportunities to make it right. Simply received a polite response with no solution. won’t be staying there again due to this lack of customer satisfaction.

Comfortable room, amenities were great especially breakfast delivered to our room each morning.
