A little shabby. Pillows and beds definitely need an update. Bed frame had metal pieces that stuck out and my pants leg got caught on it. Luckily it wasn’t my leg!

Stay at Madison Concourse was good. Beds were fairly comfortable. We spentna lot of time at Kohl Center and State Street so therefore really didn't get a chance to use the amenities within the hotel. It was clean and staff were very nice.
