The staff at reception were lovely and very helpful. The room was extremely warm. The water tap in bathroom was extremely hot and i scolded my hand even when on medium heat. The fire alarm went off at around 4 or 5am which woke me out of my sleep and i couldn't get back to sleep again. Disappointed

The room was spotlessly clean, staff was very helpful and pleasant, the hotel was in a great location easy walking distance to the city centre. Lots of eateries close by, definitely will stay here again. Couldn’t fault it.

It was amazing! Very close to everything and very convenient love it so much i will come Back for sure, I gad a fight with the person i went with and I slept inside the Bath it was really comfortable! Amazing experience

The room was lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a bath, with the shower over it. The room could be improved by having a chest of drawers for clothes, a second chair and hooks on the back of the bathroom door. The best thing was that our favourite pub in Belfast (Fibber Magee) was so near we could see it from our window!

The room was tired and damaged in several places, the windows didn't close properly meaning you could hear everything outside. The bathroom was the size of a postage stamp. The pillows were awful, even with the 2 you might as well of been flat to the bed. The bed was relatively comfy. The location was great though, close to the city centre.

My initial room was next door to chatty guests and I really wanted an early night and quality sleep. The lovely receptionist was moved me to a quieter room to ensure I got a good night sleep before my super early start. Recommend the staff here and would stay again.
