Room was clean and spacious. The gentleman at the front desk was very customer service focused and welcoming. He offered food recommendations and even ask the next morning how was the dinner. Breakfast was what you would expect.

The staff was great! We were a little bummed, of course the first night we weren’t able to use the pool. With kids that’s the whole reason I choose which hotel in the first place. But they were very quick to get it up and running the second night we were there, even though it was freezing.

Wonderful stay each time I visit. The room is always super clean, staff is always so helpful and nice. I personally stay because of all the amenities they have. Parking is convenient, the area itself is convenient because of the stores. I think this is by far my favorite hotel.

Decent room, comfortable bed and pillows, decent pillows. Some furnishings show a lot of wear and tear. Shower good. Tissues, toilet paper and towels were awful - very rough/hard. B’fast layout very poor flow with long line (one-way), food choices decent. Checkin fella (Javon) had great customer service skills.
