The kitchen has been updated with modern finishes and appliances. One parking spot is provided along with access to the shared courtyard with a fire pit to hang around at the end of the day and wind down.

This unit occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of a row home along with the roof deck, there are a lot of steps in this home.

The parking spot is a fairly tight turn to get into, larger cars might have issues. If you are not use to parking in the city it might be difficult.

Great place-loved the decor, very clean, convenient, and the parking spot a bonus. Would stay again! Easy check in and out. Plenty of places to walk to nearby.
