The only complaint was check-in. Check-in time is 3pm. I checked in on-line early (7am) and went to Epcot. Came back and verified in person around 1pm. It was our first stay at Wilderness Lodge. We did a 2 night deluxe club level stay and we enjoyed it. Room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean well maintained.

I couldn't recommend the Polynesian Resort more. We have wanted to stay here for YEARS, and finally made it happen for a quick weekend trip. This resort is so inviting. The dining options, transportation, rooms, and lobby make it one of the absolute best I've stayed with!
