Book Bayside hotels

The staff in the morning was not smille at all to indicate me where is the breakfast. The fan in the bathroom was not finish to install and loud for the noise. The Quality of the maintenance of the building is not very good.

Breakfast was good. Boiled eggs and nice sausage. Hate the wooden cutlery….steel better. Room was disappointing for the price. Bed saggy and bathtub needs refinishing. White noise machine was good though.

Did the trick for a reasonable price.

Clean room and recently updated. It is a Comfort Inn, but for a Comfort Inn it is top tier.

The cost was affordable. The service was very accommodating... old skool motel but a great place to put your head down. Will certainly return.

Sign by dining room listed its hours of operation for all 3 daily meals, but when we came by for dinner well within the listed time frame, there was literally nobody around anywhere. There was no indication that it might only be certain days or by reservation only, in fact it's listed as a full public restaurant on their website, with public menu visible, we'd even planned what we wanted to order. And it was a Friday night, so even if they were only open some days, surely they'd be open for dinner Fridays! Staff was friendly but scattered. Room was small but comfortable. The beautiful antique styles of the main house are far less so in the carriage house so that was a little disappointing. The toilet in our bathroom was huge and ancient and was constantly running until I fixed it myself. Price was very reasonable. Be aware - there's a train that runs nearby and the whistle is very noisy. This is not the fault of the owners of course, but something to be aware of for light sleepers.
