THE SPACE
Inside, the home is bright, airy, and designed for gathering.
The open great room features soaring ceilings, comfortable seating, Sonos speakers throughout the house, and large glass doors that open onto the deck. Just off the main living space, the top-floor primary suite offers a quiet retreat with ocean views — perfect for early mornings or winding down at the end of the day.
From morning coffee to evening cocktails, the deck quickly becomes everyone’s favorite place to be.
The kitchen is built for real cooking, not just vacation basics. With a large refrigerator/freezer, induction range, convection oven, and every small appliance you might need, it’s easy to host dinners for your group or flip pancakes before a beach day.
Outside, the private pool and hot tub sit above the sand with ocean peeks — the perfect place to relax while the kids swim. The wet bar, ice maker, and grill make outdoor dinners effortless.
Downstairs, the home offers a quieter retreat with additional bedrooms and a second primary suite — ideal for grandparents, another family, or anyone looking for a bit more privacy. The layout was intentionally designed to give everyone space to unwind, while still feeling connected throughout the home.
