We arrived at 11:30 pm after a long drive. I enjoyed using the hot tub and had a good rest before checking out the next morning after breakfast. I noticed the reception desk was often unattended — a service bell could make it easier for guests to reach staff 😊. It would also be great if bed sheets were refreshed more often, and if rooms that remain unoccupied for some time were aired out for a fresher atmosphere.

Not bad for a quick stay.

Rooms were clean, door on the bathroom was difficult to close and the vent fan did not work, lights also flickered and didn't want to turn on occasionally. Did have cigarette and marijuana smells in the hallway. The complimentary "breakfast" was pretty limited. Toast, bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal and yogurt... But at least there was coffee. Weird red/brown stains on our walls in the room. But the AC definitely worked!

There was mold on the one bed skirt in the room we stayed in. The fan in the bathroom was broken it got extremely hot when taking a shower. The mold on the bed skirt was reported to the front desk staff and they had nothing to say except “we will take a look”. No apology and attitude was clearly given as if we were being rude to them. I presented pictures and would love to share them.

Appreciate the friendliness of the staff. However the service wasn't great. We had to ask for fresh towels a few times because the linens were not changed in the 5 days we were there. The breakfast was nothing to write home about but it was ready and hot when needed.

There were no cups for water The vending machine was broke. No coffee maker in room. Ran out of coffee in the lobby. No way to get anything to drink in the lobby or anywhere in the hotel.

Nothing soecial. Nothing terrible. The room could have been maintained better. It was a bit dirty. But again, nothing terrible. The hot water in our shower was super inconsistent. It made bathing interesting.

The hotel was very run down and had the overall appearance of neglect both inside and out. The staff was friendly but the property has a long way to go before being able to provide a comfortable and welcoming respite for travelers. The rooms were clean-ish but appeared unkempt and well worn. The ceiling and walls looked as if they had sustained water damage, the rooms and common spaces smelled of animal urine and a damp mustiness. The pillows lacked any loft or comfort, the carpet was stained and the hard floor surfaces damaged. Breakfast consisted of cold cereal and assorted bread products. The pictures accompanying the listing were not an accurate representation of the current state of the property.

It's a nice hotel. Everyone is friendly and kind. We have stayed here before and will probally stay here again on our next trip to Batavia. We were very pleased with everything about the room and hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I cant believe that expedia would even have this hotel on there site. Not even close to what is is worth. The pool is extremely small and if you need towels you have to give a 10.00 deposit. You have no coffee machine in the room or Phone..WHAT?!?... no room service... no elevator.... no customer service 😕 waited for ever at front desk for someone 🙄 to come ringing the bell and i am not the only one. Workout room.. no thank you. Absolutely no features to this hotel. Breakfast basic/ bagels coffee cereal yougurt and fruit. Also seems like they rent the first floor and people live there and the guest are on the top floor. I still paided over200.00 a night a spent two nights. NEVER AGAIN.

Room lock was broken, one light in bathroom didn’t work. Room smelled very very musty, we let the AC run and went for dinner and didn’t get back til midnight and it still smelled musty. Obvious water damage in the ceiling area. Check-in and staff were very pleasant and nice, we forgot toothpaste and they happily gave us a sample tube.

Dirty stained bed sheets and blankets and asked for replacement bed sheets, they gave us more stained bedding. Clumps of random hair left in tub and bathroom wasn't clean
