Farmhouse is surronded by 2 hectares of the ground, orchard, olive groves and vineyards. You can use big wooden owen. Rustic single-family house "Sunflower", 350 m a.s.l., detached. 15 km from the centre of Todi, 30 km from the centre of Orvieto. Private: property, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 30.Sep.).
