Staff very good. Slightly clinical approach in reception but porter friendly. Breakfast staff fantastic super efficient. Would have paid a bit more to have a room not enclosed by courtyard. Did not have this explained well enough on Hotel details before we booked .

Oh my word...this property was AMAZING!!! We had just disembarked our cruise ship and wanted to drop our luggage to explore Barcelona. We called the Hotel to ask if this was a possibility and were given wonderful information about what taxi's to use and how long it would take to get there. When we arrived we were greeted by the night shift who rolled out the red carpet and made us feel very taken care of. They gave us a map with the bus and metro stops circled and explained about the cost of the tickets...we stayed until their breakfast buffet opened and were definitely NOT disappointed. Fresh squeezed juices, fruit and a multitude of meats and cheeses along with fresh pastries. The Hotel sits on La Rambla and puts you in the perfect position to experience Barcelona on foot and using their bus and metro. Our room was wonderful and the staff were amazing. When we were discussing transport from the Hotel to the airport we were told they had a contract with a private car company. That was the most amazing ride to the airport. If I find myself back in Barcelona this Hotel will definitely be my go to.

Really excellent place to stay in the heart of the city even with all the construction. You can walk just about anywhere from here including the beach, multiple cathedrals etc. The staff was super helpful and friendly, the daily breakfast spread was fantastic in my opinion. The 30 minute per day per guest spa room was a great addition and a really good way to start or end your day. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was great, helpful staff, the spa facilities were great and the spa staff were very attentive and we had a lovely relaxing massage. Location wise, perfect for what we wanted, easy access from the airport via aerobus, everything was pretty much walkable and there are good transport options within easy reach. I would recommend this as a great place to stay, we would happily stay there again.
