The room was clean. An electric kettle available. There was a great gym and beautiful pool. There is a restaurant on site and the food was really delicious and reasonably priced. I ordered a deluxe king room, which was very reasonable in price and it had the added benefit of a little snack room at the end of the hall. The room had a cappuccino espresso maker, which was lovely with little snacks available. Overall, I was very satisfied especially because one never knows what they get in another country.

This is a really great hotel and not far from the airport. The shuttle to and from the airport is free. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. I loved the sofa. What a place to relax! Breakfast was wonderful. There was so much to choose from. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here before and each time the experience was truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I’m already looking forward to a return visit!

This was our last hotel in Thailand before flying home to the UK. The staff could not have been more kind, caring and considerate. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage with the concierge after we checked out so that we could go out for a few hours before returning and being allowed to use the swimming pool for an hour before our free shuttle bus back to the airport. We cannot recommend this hotel more highly!!

It’s pretty good value for money, got a free upgrade as Platinum member. Free airport transfer is a bonus. Hotel is modern and clean although a little glitzy for my taste. Beware the usual ++ on the menu meaning tax and service added on changing the price from reasonable to almost extortionate. Food quality good.

Lovely hotel. Staff were wonderful! Dinner and breakfast in restaurant were really good and affordable. Bedroom was large and well appointed. I only have two concerns: the walls appear to be thin and we could hear the tv from next door (at 11pm we called the front desk to request they turn it down, which they did. And secondly, be aware the airport transfer runs only every hour on the half hour. This did not work for our schedule so we had to pay for a taxi (approx 200 baht)

We found the shuttle representative at Bangkok airport fairly easily, but it was chaotic getting onto the mini bus as a family arrived with 3 kids and loads of suitcases expecting to be let on. The mini bus is only small and you have to pre-book, and getting in it at Bangkok was a bit manic. The representative was trying to please everyone which meant getting on the shuttle was delayed because this family were clearly expecting to get on but there wasn't enough space. Once we arrived at the hotel, the check in seemed to take a long time and the receptionist wasn't particularly clear when explaining where breakfast was. She suggested it was on the 3rd floor, so we went there in the morning and it turns out it was on the lobby floor but no very well signposted. It didn't feel like we were welcomed to the hotel after the shuttle bus delay and then a long wait at the check in process. The room itself was fine, the balcony door didn't open and the fixtures and fittings are dated. The bathroom was tired and could do with modernising. Breakfast was the usual buffet style, a mixture of European and Asian cuisine. There were no teabags so we had to have coffee and we were disappointed by the lack of dried fruits and nuts to have with yogurt which were at other hotels I've been to in Thailand. Overall it was a lower quality experience that I'd expected so I probably wouldn't book again.
