I would recommend this hotel. Be aware you have to ask for an upgrade or your discount if you are Platinum. They will not offer it. Front desk is pleasant but needs a little bit more training on hospitality. Restaurant is outstanding! We are not fans of hotel restaurants but this one has impressed us. Great food, great service, good quality & consistent!!! We would come back just for dinner if we could. Rooms are a nice size. Beds are comfortable. Good linen & pillows. Good water pressure & temp. AC is strong & cools room sufficiently.

A great stay if you don't plan on staying in Bangkok very long. I booked for a week but didn't research where popular areas were so every day I ended up taking a cab for 30-60 minutes to see anything. Room was nice, staff were amazing and thr morning buffet is definitely worth getting. Gym facilities were decent and the onsite massage past the restaurant was very nice. A great place if you were just spending a day or two before leaving Bangkok.
