My car was side swiped in their parking lot

My car was side swiped in the parking lot. There was a camera pointing right at it, so I asked if I could get the footage. A manager there told me it would take a while to get the footage from the server, but took my info and said he would send it to me. I never got an, even after I emailed to follow up. Definitely a shady place.

There is nothing to complain about. Rooms were clean, parking lot was good size, staff was friendly and helpful. I may have been so tired after the Oaks that the bed was comfortable but the bed was one of the best beds I’ve slept on in Louisville. Noise from the roads is not bothersome. Great experience and will definitely keep on the list for future Derby weekends.

The room was nice enough. Bathrooms could use updates. Our mini fridge struggled, but we were able to make it work after some detective work on our end. There were definitely other guests in the hotel that we’re smoking, even though it is a no smoking facility. The free breakfast option seemed nice but wasn’t able to be executed due to the size of the space and the amount of people present on property.

Located on a very busy street, right in the direct flight path of UPS so can be noisy. The staff were super friendly upon check in. Hotel was super clean in halls. Room was super clean as well. pretty updated. However I had a lot of issues with my room, the fridge knob was non existent, so therefore the fridge didn’t work at all. That ruined all my food for the next two days for work. The AC barely worked. it was set on 66 but it might have gotten to 70. The TV’s are very cheap and have poor quality sound. I had the TV at max volume and it was not very loud at all. On my last day the toliet quit working completely. I would have had them switched my room except i was already unpacked and didn’t wanna deal with switching rooms so i dealt with it. Overall its not a bad hotel but I think they overlook a lot of maintenance…I’m a healthcare worker so it was convenient for work but not a place I would stay again just due to the price point for what I got.

Great stay!

We stayed 3 nights. Clean comfortable room. Definitely a good value. Only issue was if you are a lite sleeper, you are very close to the airport. An airport that is the international hub for UPS. We are not bothered by airplane noise. I might wake up but can go back to sleep easily. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The scrambled eggs were tasty and the sausage and bacon flavorful, compared to other hotel breakfasts. They also have cheese and salsa for toppings. Waffles were nice and crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. Only thing I wish they had a microwave in the area. My eggs always get cold and I like to warm them up. Overall they have helped me have faith in the Best Western brand again. Thank you!!

The room happened to be beautiful. They were extremely clean. The beds were sharply made and the rooms very high quality the staff was excellent and very polite and helpful. It was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in.

This hotel is very near the airport and a busy street. I was surprised at how quiet my room was. I appreciated the area in back for dog walking. It was large and one of the cleaner dog areas I have been to during this trip. Staff was efficient and pleasant enough.
