The room was absolutely beautiful and right on the beach.

Already did a review stayed an extra night. Awesome hotel resort with friendly staff Manager Ta was very friendly and greeted us at dinner.

The photos on social media do not reflect actual condition of the property at all : Dirty, worn, not well care. You need to go through the old building to the property, which is only in 17th flr. I do NOT feel safe staying here. Even when I shower I don't feel safe. Do not recommend anyone coming here at all. I let go of my second night paid here & find somewhere else to stay (Much better care of property & from staff with the same amount of money spent). Looks like an abandoned place or something. I see only another lady staying in the same with me & ended up we met at the new place without knowing each other.

An excellent stay for a short getaway from BKK. We went during a long Mother’s Day weekend so the place was a bit packed at first. After Sunday/Monday, we pretty much had the entire resort to ourselves. This property is meticulously well manicured. Great dining options on premise. I highly recommend Casa Mare which is their most high end restaurant right by the water. If you are traveling without a car then you need to use grab/bolt which can be tricky as Cha Am is more remote and low key. It’s our first time in Cha Am as we usually stay in Hua Hin and BKK. There is also a strip of small bars and local restaurants about 5-10 minutes away…and of course a 7-11! There are 2 hotel pools; one for adults and one for kids. The water seems a bit mucky and wasn’t as clear so I never used it. Other than that, it’s a beautifully large resort and would definitely return.

As a professional chef, food is the first thing I look for, and Veranda has truly impressed me. In 2024, they earned a Michelin Recommendation (Michelin-Star Worthy), and I couldn’t be happier for them! The amazing team that has served me since day one has kept both the food and service consistently outstanding. The flavors are delicious, and their hospitality is undeniable—from the bellboys to the front desk, they’re a true powerhouse. Beyond the dining, the resort offers a comfortable, clean, and safe environment with a beautiful beachfront. Without a doubt, this is the place to stay in the Hua Hin/Cha Am area—not to be missed!
