Room was fairly clean but the bed it was extremely uncomfortable and the air conditioning was so incredibly loud that I could not sleep all night. I was doing the road trips solo, sleep is essential! I ended up driving a couple hours and finding a different hotel so I could get a good night's sleep.

Moment I entered the room there were roaches. I had ticking feeling inside the bed not sure it was dust mittens or bed bugs . The room was having musky odor. The ac unit was very loud . I do not recommend this place.

where are the towels

Issue with towels. Durring my 4 day stay i had to go to the front desk every day to get towels and wash cloths. They cleaned the room ,took the towels and never replaced all of them. The front desk didn't have enough to give us,so they shorted us everyday. One day I can understand but not everyday. I dont work for them.

Elevator out of order

When I checked in, I was informed that my room was on the 4th floor but the elevator only went to the 3rd floor and I'd have to walk up the stairs from the 3rd to 4th floor. Supposedly, this room was the only one available. I was annoyed that I was not notified ahead of check in that the elevator was not fully working and that I may have to carry my luggage (and pets that I brought with me) up stairs.
