Staff were very kind. Snacks and bottles drinks were over-priced. Water dispenser was appreciated. Easy walk to Whole Foods, but generally didn’t feel comfortable walking in this region. Rooms were ok, but not as well appointed as what we expected.

There were red stains on the carpet in the room. Stains all over the couch. A hole in the wall. Seems there was a party or fight in the room. The front desk was very accommodating. They offered us a different room. This room was a little better but had a strong mildew odor and staining on the couch. Staff at the front desk were apologetic. We asked to cancel our reservation and staff was agreeable. The rooms need a deep clean. Staff were accommodating and friendly. I have pictures of the carpet , couch and the hole in the wall and can share if needed.

The room on Expedia is not what you get. They have no view of the water but yet you are paying extra for this view. They changed my room because my view was of the ac units. The front desk said they lost their views due to building placed in front. I told them to notify where they are advertising so ppl know what they are getting Everything else is great. The staff is polite and friendly and the place is clean. Not a bad choice to stay

The hotel is relatively new and is just wearing down horribly. There were stains all over our carpets and the furniture was worn. The hotel also smelled musty and like marijuana. Not ideal for a family staying there. The breakfast offered was not good but not surprising given the rest of the hotel. There are nearby options for breakfast that I would recommend over trying to eat the food here. The staff was friendly and I don’t think they know or can do much about the overall condition. It’s not a matter of wiping down furniture, it’s carpets that need steam cleaned and furniture that needs replaced.

We had a great time here! Great location, very convenient to sites near the inner harbor. Great service - everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially Charles at valet parking! Great breakfast - best "free" one I've had. Room was excellent, bed was super comfy. Will stay here again!

The front desk personnel were very helpful in finding us places to eat, giving directions to local establishments and recommendations. All the valet gentlemen were perfect with getting our cars and taking care of them. The property should provide bottled water in the rooms for the guests. There was no hot water our last two days at the hotel, which was unacceptable. They should also provide body cream / Lotion in the room, along with the hand soap. Breakfast should be extended to 10:00 AM daily, especially for that Monday since it took us extra time to take a cold shower since there was no hot water before coming down to breakfast. The location was good for us to attend the Baltimore women’s classic race, visit some stores and restaurants near the inner harbor, and get to the freeways and train stations.

The hot water in the whole building was broken the afternoon we checked in and they still did not bother to get it running by the next morning -- its a hot and sweaty summer day, and I could not even shower. The staff was unapologetic and offered no compensation.
