We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent—very walkable and convenient to everything we needed. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was nice and comfortable, and overall it felt like a very good value for the price. The only downside was the lack of upgraded TV options; it would have been nice to have streaming services like Netflix available, which wasn’t an option. Overall, this is a great value hotel that I would absolutely recommend, especially for families. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Egg could have been better quality and French toast was terrible. No coffee in lobby after 9am was disappointing. Staff were friendly and proficient, room was clean and spacious.

The, Hyatt Place Baltimore Inner Harbor was a great place to stay. The hotel was clean and near plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel if one is in town and looking for a clean and cost effective place. Thank you!

Not a lot of staff to help. No one at the bar or to help get snacks. The pool situation was awkward. The shower squealed when we turned the hot water on. Now…the staff that was there were helpful. The hotel was clean and in a good location. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. I’d stay again but it wouldn’t be my first choice.
