Accessible room had good accomodations and was clean with a pleasant view and sitting area. Could have used a microwave. Staff was pleasant and helpful. One block from a wholefoods, for stocking up on whatever.

The entire experience was awful. I worked in hotels for a decade, I understand how properties that are not full service work. From check in, there’s a line, then I’m next. Nobody says anything, I’m just standing there awkwardly waiting for any of the three free front desk agents to say anything… finally someone speaks up as if I’m an inconvenience. Here’s something you may not know, if you book through a 3rd party website, you will be treated like trash. They already have your money and will put you in the worst rooms. The only thing you can do is give them a rewards number, because then you might get a survey and then maybe… maybe you won’t be treated as less than. As I predicted, we get put in a room right beside the elevator and with an AC that doesn’t work. Not like it doesn’t cool, as in it doesn’t turn on at all. The temperature goes up 2 degrees while we are in the room for less than an hour. I call down and ask to be moved into literally any room other than the one I’m in. They can’t move me, they’re fully occupied and the solution, “if an engineer is available, we will send them up”. Having worked in these types of properties, even if it could have been fixed, it would have been temporary. They could have moved me and prioritized in-house guests, and walked others or waited to see if all reservations arrived, but again, third party reservations are typically prepaid, properties already have your money so they don’t care if you leave.

The breakfast food was not kept warm and the selection was horrible. The only meat option was corned beef hash and the waffles and pancakes were hard and cold. The other option I had was to make a breakfast burrito. However, the tortilla was cold and has the consistency of cardboard.

The pool was dirty and so small, the mgr let at least 6 people swim at a time. Too many at once. Our floor oozed of marijuana, I was gagging. The beds were hard and the bar selection was minimal. I will not be staying there again. I wish I could get a refund.

The outlet plugs are really slow, the light in the bedroom didn’t work, my room wasn’t cleaned - after reporting it house keeping never came to clean it (reported twice), there was hair in the shower & tape left on the walls above the bed. The general manager wasn’t the friendliest. The location is really good though. House keeping came into my room even with the “do not disturb” sign on my door.

Staff was above and beyond from the moment we pulled up to the front. We were greeted outside and helped throughout our stay with room requests. Everyone made our kids feel welcome. Only downside was the indoor pool requires reservations now but it was closed for maintenance. It was one of the reasons we booked and the kids were disappointed because we didn’t know until we went to the pool. Otherwise amazing staff and location to walk around Fells point area.

The room was clean, the hotel was clean, and the staff was outstanding, very nice and pleasant people. The daily breakfast was also good, but they should extend the times on the weekend. Good hotel, great staff, great location.
