Well, the room to start with the bed was horrible. The shower didn’t work properly that goes for the head of the shower and the temperature of the water. The staff was fine until the very end when I left the 26th Out of room 501. I called about two hours late to realizing I didn’t have my charger or my wall flowers Bath & body Works so I called immediately and they said that the housekeeping staff had already left for the day they didn’t have it but nobody turned nothing in so they said to call back today the 27th after 9:30 to find out who in housekeeping had it or needless to say I waited on the phone for 20 minutes. Nobody come back. I called back and they told me that housekeeping never found my charger, which was a fast charger over $50 and my Bath and body Works wallflower so right there are no somebody took it because I surely don’t have it and it was left in the room between the bench and the office table so that was pretty sad to The second day of breakfast was all spicy food. I couldn’t even eat it. The first day was good. Second day not so Anyway, very disappointed this year I’ve been staying there for six or seven years now for Christmas plus other times but always for Christmas to see my family. Well I’ve never been charged for an early fee to get in never been charged. This time. I was charged $40 and I understand some Hotel is only charged 20 for the ones that do charge. These couple days I just wasn’t a happy camper there and I had another day but cancelled

We had to ask for facial tissue. Dusting needs done in the windows of dining area. No hand sanitizer in 3 different dispenser. Elevator doors are streaky. Breakfast foods should be labeled... pork products. Spicy. Extremely disappointed

Breakfast was too late for early flyers - it started at 7. Allowing 2 hours for check in etc, that meant that any flight leaving at 9 am meant you could not get breakfast that was part of the price of the room.

From the $40 to check in Earleigh said never had that before cold coffee empty coffee in the lobby in the room lights didn’t work had to take them apart to fix them. Refrigerator froze all the drinks and the food soon Kitchen was too spicy the second day I know there’s more but I just can’t think of it right now. I’m in the middle of something and I told the front desk and he said they would take care of it for me while they didn’t take care of it they didn’t give me a discount like you said, etc..

had a strong smell of air freshener which i asked them not to use the next day and the tv did not work properly. The service man fixed it the first day and then I did what he did the next day but i dont think you should have to fool around with the tv every time you turn it on. the location was great and the staff very pleasant

Decent hotel. Unfortunately I had to change rooms due to the heat not working but the lady at the front desk sent maintenance seen it wasn't working checked another room to be sure heat was working & changed me. The hotel does need some upgrades but overall I would stay again. Checked out before breakfast so unsure of how it is. would stay again.
