The room and the common areas were clean. I did have an issue with the shower head and water temperature. The shower head needs to be tightened and the water never got hot. The staff was nice and professional.

Clean room facing back parking lot provided quiet night of sleep prior to early morning departure… staff kindly arranged transfer to train station on the night before departure… shuttle driver was all set to go (vehicle warmed up and ready) at scheduled departure time! Left too early to enjoy hotel breakfast, but was ideal having Chili’s restaurant right next door for dinner! Would book this location again.

The desk clerks were very helpful when I requested a different room. They also provided my husband with the warm chocolate chip cookies. We were also told that we could leave our car in their parking lot instead of the other lots.
