Clean, central. Staff at front desk was lovely.

Lovely accommodation with comfortable beds, spacious rooms and walking distance to local hotel.

Lovely having so many pets around. Staff are so friendly. Keep in mind there is a charge for each pet and that is in the conditions. We missed that, but would not have changed a thing.

House is amazing. Pool room, cinema, 5 huge bedrooms, three bathrooms and an unreal outside area. There were a few issues with no lights in the bathrooms, kitchen and toilets, no fans were working in the toilets either? They are working on this with their electrician.

A goood size room with all that you need

We stayed here for 3 nights, about 2 weeks and it was a completely wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff and management team were warm, friendly and professional, and could not have done more to make us feel welcome and looked after. Some things need to run a little differently from what we were used to (like ordering dinner ahead, or booking tours) - it is after all a very remote location, which is what you come to Mungo for! But our hosts explained everything to us and once we got the hang of it, all went very smoothly. We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was extremely comfortable, spacious and clean. But when we wanted a change of scene on a rainy afternoon, sitting around the fire in the lodge was fun and cozy! We ate in the lodge all three nights. I had a different meal each night and each one was scrumptious, but my personal favourite was the nasi goreng. My husband had the lamb curry the first night and loved it so much he had it every night after that! I could not say more about the wonderful experience at Mungo Lodge. Highly recommend!!!
