Easy to get to, friendly and helpful staff, attractions such as Waterford Crystal Factory a short drive. Food at the restaurant was very good. Clean and comfortable.

Great location, short, scenic walk along the river to city center. Lovely river view room. Delicious hreakfast and friendly staff. Free, secure parking was a great bonus!

Older, stately property. Food was great. Faith, who served us in the restaurant was excellent.

Great hotel for my one night stay. Pleasant staff and the bar food was good. Only downside was the free parking in the Asda multi storey about 100 metres away. There is however pay and display parking opposite the hotel. Overall a good experience.

Charming and quaint. Upgraded bathroom was nice. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Beautiful room and hotel, very secure and comfortable with lots of takeaways and coffee shops adjacent, the breakfast was lovely and the only issue I could name was that it was incredibly warm in the room, however the hotel does provide a Dyson fan which was a great benefit while pointed directly at us but it really didn’t cool the room at all, and while trying to sleep is far too loud. Air con would be a massive bonus on warmer days, but aside from that 5* accommodation and we will 100% return, especially given the standard for the price point.
