Room cold and decor needs to be upgraded. Breakfast mediocre. Evening meal was incredible as was spa. Some small tweaks would have made a huge difference. Staff were lovely.

WiFi was very slow, bed was hard, pillows were very flat and hard, 1 elevator was broken with no “out of order” sign, no outlets by the bed - we both use cpap machines and the cords barely reached the outlet on the other side of the room, and no shampoo or conditioner. When you stay at Twin Trees Hotel in Ballina, you'll be on the riverwalk, within a 5-minute drive of St. Muredach's Cathedral and Ballina Golf Club.
Overall the hotel was tired and needed some work to bring it back to life. Staff just so lovely though.
