Located in the heart of vibrant & historic Ballarat, this renovated 3 bedroom home is filled with character & charm.

No additional guests or visitors are permitted without prior host approval and booking / cost adjustments if necessary. The maximum number of guests allowed is strictly 6 excluding infants in a portacot.
The cottage offers 2 king-size beds that are so comfy you won’t want to get out of them! The equally comfy king single beds are large enough so the house can easily sleep 6 adults.
The first king room has two robes for storage.
The second king room has a gorgeous brick feature wall, an infrared electric fireplace, and a hanging rail for clothes storage and double doors to a private deck with chairs and a coffee table. There is a dedicated workspace in this room. A computer monitor, keyboard & mouse can be found in the hallway cupboard. High speed NBN internet is available on a Wi-Fi network.
The third bedroom has two generous sized king single beds.
A portacot is available free of charge when you bring your own cot linen.
The beautifully renovated modern bathroom includes double basins, a huge walk in shower with rain head and hand held outlets and gorgeous freestanding bath. An instantaneous hot water system and strong water pressure mean no running out of hot water!
The newly renovated kitchen includes everything you will need; dishwasher, Bosch oven, Miele gas cooktop, microwave and full size fridge. Fully equipped with cooking utensils and cookware for your use. There is a kettle and 4 slice toaster plus a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. Coffee pods, a selection teas, and individual portions of sugar are provided.
An extendable dining table seating up to 6 people for meals or meetings.
There are two x 3 seater couches, and a 55” smart tv in the living area. Netflix and board games are also available.
Central gas heating is a must in Provincial Victoria and will ensure your stay is warm and cosy. The cottage also has a split system to cool the cottage on warmer days.
On the outdoor rear deck there is a large dining table and chairs. This leads to the undercover carport that is accessible via a secure remote garage door with rear access to the property.
The cottage was built in 1910 and has recently been renovated to combine beautiful heritage features with modern finishes and amenities. Given the home is over 100 years old it has plenty of character. We’ve included some additional information in the guest book.
There is a bus stop directly out the front of the property. Taxis and ubers operate locally. The Ballarat train station is a 3 minute drive, or 15 minute walk away.
