Kudos to the staff for their excellent customer service! Just a heads up — the property is located in the Highlands of Camiguin, true to its name, and is surrounded by nature and forest scenery. Because of its secluded location, the atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet, which may appeal to guests looking for a more remote and tranquil stay. For us personally, the setting felt a little too isolated and had an old, rustic charm that wasn’t quite our preference. The entrance and overall ambiance gave off a vintage mansion vibe, which some guests may actually find unique and charming. It’s not a bad hotel at all — it just wasn’t the right fit for our taste.

Breakfast was very delicious with a myriad of food ,great tasting lots to choose from wait staff were very focused courteous and helpful .Hotel was Beautiful i am ex Military Combat Vet and in my later yrs in construction so i really admired the attention to detail in the materials and finishes of the esthetics ,very charming elegance and ambiance loved the heated pool .The rooms were very spacious and loved the layout everyone at front desk was very couteous and answered any queries we had efficiently best hotel i ve been in overall in the Philippines You guys ARE ALL AWESOME.

We had an issue with the AC. The staff took good care of us immediately. We would recommend this hotel to others.

Every one great. Air conditioning and fan minus 5 stars. Air-conditioning on all time never felt.

Construction suggests improvements happening. Be aware that the location is a mile from town, so it’s best to have your own transportation. There is a restaurant next door and they serve very good breakfasts and lunches.

The accommodation is super clean and the staff are very friendly.
