The service needs to be impeovwe. We was advised to dial 0 to get service and we have dial 0 for 4 times to request the service but they get my ordered but have never bring it in.

Excellent, kid friendly. Service generally excellent with exception of very inefficient pool drinks service and occasional very grumpy member of staff.

Just a wonderful resort. Our second trip here and it’s the best we’ve been to in Mauritius.

Loved my stay here! We were in Mauritius for a week and stayed at 3 different hotels on the East, west, and southern coasts. Grand Baie Veranda was my favorite. The hotel is simply so beautiful from the moment you get into the parking lot. Very clean and the staff are amazing. I will never forget one of the staff members taking the time to clean my wound when I stubbed my big toe walking to dinner. That was so nice. The food is also great and I loved the gift shop. Found reasonably-priced souvenirs to take home with me. The room was great, my only qualm with it is that there are too many light switches. Otherwise, very spacious and well-decorated. Loved waking up to the sound of birds serenading us on the balcony each morning. The hotel and the surrounding area are also pretty lively. Many dining options within walking distance.
