There was not much of a service. the room was also not the best as it was mostly stuffy, the Airconditioning was also very weak, and it had a lot of insects present which makes it an uncomfortable experience. The breakfast buffet and eating area also has a lot of flies present so it’s not that hygienic.

A beautiful resort to enjoy the Tuscan views! My family and I (3) stayed here for a few days in September and it was wonderful! If you're looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city or just life in general, this is the place for you! There is a Michelin rated restaurant on site and the opportunity to grab a bite to eat for lunch! Food was great, but if there for awhile can get redundant. If you're staying here for multiple days, I would recommend driving or having drivers as it is far away from most cities and/or civilization. Staff was helpful and pleasant and communicated mainly through whatsapp which was nice if you had any questions you could just text them. Any spa related activities must be scheduled earlier as they are not on site and will be called in which we did do and was amazing! Overall, a great place to get away from the world!

Very nice resort in a beautiful area. Giuseppe at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The view at the restaurant and the food was wonderful. The pool was also beautiful.

This is a beautiful resort. While we had booked thinking we would dine on site that evening (based on reviews), the restaurant was closed, which was disappointing at first. I understand it is not usually closed, but they had a wedding over the weekend and very few guests booked the night we were there. However, the staff recommended an outdoors (at a farm) restaurant close by that was fantastic! The pool was lovely at the site. The people working there and they were all very helpful and friendly. We would come back again.

Sitting in the beautiful Chianti region of Tuscany, this beautiful hotel is all I needed. A perfect picturesque hotel that has fantastic staff, a great Michelin rated restaurant, and beautiful landscapes. The unique Tuscan architecture really makes you feel like you are staying in a magical place. For just a short stay, I really could not have asked for a more perfect hotel to stay in and feel comfortable at. Looking forward to coming back and staying longer.

Exceptional Resort Villa in Tuscany

Exceptional Resort Villa experience in the Tuscan country side. About 20km/12 miles outside Siena. Wonderful Restaurant on property run by Andrea who has a passion and deep knowledge of food and wines from Italy and beyond. We took the bus in from Siena for 1st day, but rented a car in Siena for remainder of our visit which is recommend. Bus back to Siena departs from the resort at either 650am or 2pm wherein early departure would have meant missing the fantastic breakfast. We avoided such a dissappointment only because Andrea was able to and offered to give us a ride after breakfast to nearby Castelnuovo. to catch the bus to Siena. Although such a favor could not be expected, this was an example of the type of personal service provided. Other staff helped orchestrate the solution including Eugenia who was managing reception and the property inba professional and friendly manner. All customer facing staff spoke perfect English. Truly a wonderful Tuscan experience with setting and beauty that was postcardesque.

Absolutely charming hotel, visit and area. We took a chance just based on hotels.com reviews. The pictures actually do not do it justice. It is so much nicer and more charming than even the pictures show. The restaurant was amazing. The service and hospitality of the staff from start to finish was excellent. We rarely (to never) return to exact same place. There is no doubt we plan to return and stay here for at least a few days, enjoy the serenity and if you want take day trips to so many Tuscan gems. San Felice is amazing and is just 10 minutes away. Highly recommended.
