The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room is spacious but dated, and I apreciate that their staff were polite and helpful. Kudos to the housekeeping team servicing level 3, all of the staff were friendly and always greet the guests without fail. I told one of them that the toilet in my room has unpleasant smell on my way out, and she immediately worked on it. The smell was gone after I return to the room in the evening. The water temperature was also not consistence, sometimes you get only warm water at most, however the water pressure is good though. The buffet spread for breakfast is not great but acceptable, unfortunately the spread for dinner is disappointing, and the hot dishes are not refilled nor remotely hot at all, unless you try the live-cooking station. I would expected a better standard for an Accor Hotel.

Stay was good however could not take opportunity to have dinner in the restaurant.

We stayed in crown plaza in Fuzhou and it was a great experience. So we gave Tianjin crown plaza a try. That experience turned out to a huge difference in a negative way. First night checked in to a room with broken fridge and floor covered in human hair. So we had to move to another room the next morning. But the second room wasn’t any better at all. It had a damaged/cracked sink and it had a bad sewer smell in the toilet room. The odor was spreading out to whole room and it became unbearable. This hotel needs lots of maintenance to bring back its glory.

Very friendly staff and a convenient location (just 13 minutes from the airport). The room was very spacious with a great view. I would love to stay here again!
