This was the worst place we stayed on our Scottish road trip. It was clean, however the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The 2nd bedroom was tiny, it advertised 2 x single beds but they are caravan single beds not normal size single beds. There is not even a gap to walk between them. Our daughter was so claustrophobic that she slept on the couch. There is no phone service, and although the listing says it has wifi, you need to pay extra for this and it does not reach the cabin. This would be fine except for the fact that the welcome pack is “online” so while I managed to get details to check in (while we had service elsewhere) , we were unable to check it for the departure instructions, where in the small print you are charged a fifty pound cleaning fee if you dont strip the beds for them. There was also food left in the freezer from previous guests.

With a 7 yr old boy and a 10 yr old boy. Swimming pool was warm and fun. Went to to sports hall for football and badminton. Next day went cycling. We had a little dog with us and it was no problem. All of Aviemore is dog friendly. Lovely time.

Breakfast was good with lots of choices

Booked 2 adults 3 children. To which we were given 2 separate rooms nowhere near each other. Asked for them to be near. They offered room next door but didn’t point out smaller bed and the most uncomfortable thing I’ve gone on. I’m slim and lying on there must have been an inch between me n bed base. Anyone slightly larger wd have been on it. Paid for 2 big beds. And not what given. Pretty disappointing

Lovely room, easy access and parking. Hosts provided everything we needed. Beds and bedding were comfy. Area is walkable and hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, and activities. We had a wonderful relaxing stay.

The room was good. Comfy bed. Clean. Breakfast average. Good parking. Check in was absolutely absurd. Arrived at 3:00 and did not get into room until 4.30!! It appears if you do not book direct you are shunted to the back of the queue and that includes Expedia They give you deals and then treat you like third class citizens. No explanations - no apologies. Absolute disgrace!
