Room more dated than expected especially bathrooms. Need regular coffee options v a machine in the lobby and nespressso in room. Food could have made up for it but was poor quality. Bellmen were great. (5 stars for them!)View was great. Won’t be staying there again.

Did not use pool due to time constraints. Looked nice and hot tub also available. Off season so no swim up bar etc. Rooms clean, comfortable. Bed comfortable. View from balcany over looking lake very peaceful and beautiful. Bar good and patio overlooming water outside bar was great. Staff extremely pleasant and professional. Not plush or fancy but we weren't looking for that. Room service food was overcooked and not worth the price. We did enjoy our stay and would come again but go out to eat or order Door Dash.

The views are absolutely incredible! The attention was professional and friendly, and the location couldn’t be better, justo a few meters from the lake. The pools are beautiful and very well maintained. Highly recommended!

The property was clean. Easy to walk to everything. Food delicious. When we check out, we had to discuss the issue with our bed. This was a nice getaway. Everyone needs to try this place. Peace and quiet. You can hear the water hitting the rocks. We love the spa. The only thing we needed was the pool bar to be open.

Place is beautiful, counter staff is nice. Our server at the restaurant was nice, but other staff had RBFs. Dont recommend eating at the restaurant, overpriced and bad quality food. Overlall wouldnt come back for a stay.
