This hotel feels like an extension of another property, which made our arrival confusing. The signage wasn’t clear about where to check in, and there was no visible staff to assist, so we were initially lost. That said, the cleanliness of the property suggests it is well maintained. The room itself was clean and well kept, though it could benefit from some renovations to make it feel more updated. Parking was quite expensive, so I strongly recommend booking a package that includes parking. Overall, the experience was okay.

Parking is horrible and the whole experience was confusing. Its 2 hotels combined to one. Had to take 3 different elevators to get to my room. Parking is a mess because i was charged $67 for 14 hrs even though it said we have in and out privileges and $43 max daily rate... even that is $49 because they add $6 in taxes and fees.

The Hotel shares with Hotel Indigo entrance. At first it was challenging to get to my room. I got lost for about 10 minutes. Otherwise the stay was good, affordable and nice staff. 😊

Stuck in Austin over Christmas but if I was gonna be stuck somewhere I’m glad it was here. So clean and friendly. I’m very grateful my bad luck played out as well as it did. Definitely gonna come back on purpose lol

Parking was 50$ additional for every night. The entrance to the building is a maze because you are required to check in through the Hotel Indigo lobby, and there is no one available to assist you in the Holiday Inn lobby. The night auditor was unprofessional and unhelpful when we had a simple request to fix the plumbing in our room for hot water, given the 40-degree outside temperature. Overall never going back there

Terrible experience. My family was moved 3 Times in the matter of 1 hour due to cleanliness. I reserved and paid for a SUITE (2 QUEEN bed, living room with a pull out couch) (family of 4)..First room was FILTHY!!! Feces on the wall in the living room, bathroom light not working, room not vacuumed with debris on the floor. Second room was a STUDIO and ONLY had ONE bed, no couch. Third room was functional due to being a handicapped option. Bed sheets still dirty. Stripped bed and got own blankets. Outside view was a homeless encampment. No security and parking was almost $50 per day in the ghetto. Elevator was broken. Split hotel floorplan with 2 hotels in one is the worst idea. Confusion to say the least. Due to ALL the inconvenience I was offered 25% off my stay...save yourself the headache and just stay somewhere else.
