Good location but the property is older and run down. Only one out of the three elevators was operational which caused long waits and crowded rides. The room was outdated, not very clean, and the ac/heater worked only intermittently. It was just ok, not terrible, but I was expecting more from Embassy Suites.

The bathroom in our room was handicap accessible which led to the bathroom floor flooding every time we showered - including water seeping into the carpet in the area outside of the bathroom. This was clearly a regular occurrence bc the carpet was perpetually damp and the room had a musty odor.

Our room ceiling and shower ceiling had a lot of water damage and was chipping away. The room smelled like an old moist basement. Only one of the 3 elevators were operating and lines were usually long. Breakfast was good and the omelette station was delicious.
