I chose the pay at property option and this hotel attempted to charge my card before I made it to the hotel. I called at least 5 times trying to reach someone. One time someone answered the phone but did not respond. Another time a lady said “hello” and I asked is this the Country Suites hotel and she did not answer me, just hung up. Finally about the 5th time a man answered and I gave him my name and asked about the reservation and the charge and he told me he would have to call me back and that he had a guest in front of him. Needless to say I never received a call back. I thought this whole situation was handled unprofessionally so I went to another hotel where I was treated with respect and appreciation as a customer.

Property seems so nice online, but it is not. Our room smelled like mold and it felt so humid. The bed weren’t so bad, but the room door slams so hard it was very loud it woke us up through the night as people went in and out. The shower was very outdated and it looked dirty. It was okay for one night just passing by, but I wouldn’t stay there for more than that. Their breakfast was terrible, the food was cold and the waffle machines weren’t working. When asked about coffee the lady their was a bit rude. We weren’t happy with our stay.

Not a good Hotel

When I arrived there was there was a person standing outside smoking a cigarette, and starring at me. I waited at guest service for a while and there was a note saying went to help a guess be right back. I waited and waited, then I noticed the guy who was starring enter the front desk and ask if he could help me. I was very upset, because he saw me come in and he was not helping a guest, just smoking a cigarette. I had gotten a room for a my family of 6 and this room had no extra towels, just two, and no extra blankets. The bathroom floor I was worried about because the tiles were moving as you step. I there huge gaps in between the tiles. It felt like you were going to fall through the floor. Not sure how this is a 8.4 hotel. What's funny later in the evening I step out went down stairs and there was another lady upset at the check in worker because he was walking outside and she was waiting.
Bathroom tiles fell like your are going to fall.

It was absolutely disgusting. Pen writing all over everything. Floor and sheets were stained. Bathroom door was broke. Peephole was broke so you could see into our room. They didn’t care we had to tape paper over it. No trash can in the room asked for one several times and they just kept saying they would bring one. Never did. Ac didn’t work correctly it was hot in our room. Room also smelled like dog. Would never stay here again.
