Love it

Este hotel no tiene convenio con Expedia; por consiguiente no hubo un buen recibimiento y me pidieron que me retire. Cómo llegué en altas horas de la noche me quedé en la calle contactándome con ustedes para que me ayuden a solucionar. Favor actualicen y retiren este hotel de sus contactos, esto les hace quedar muy mal.

The place is adorable and is in a great location. The only problem for me is the wifi was a bit slow, so if you have to work from your room be prepared for this

This property is run by a lovely Ecuadorian couple, Elva and Jimmy. Everything was easy and smooth. We wanted to go whitewater rafting and they took care of all the details. It's in a neighborhood just below the hike/stairs to the Virgen viewpoint. It's very quiet and safe, but the setting was a bit more "in town" than I expected from the photos. The location, though, wound up being very convenient. We walked into the center of town several times but since we had a car, we also drove a few times. If you are with a group or just want to relax at the end of the day, there's a very nice social space where you could grab a beer or soda and hang out. Breakfast was delicious and included friendly conversation. Highly recommend, I would definitely stay here again.

Muy buen hotel 👍

We stayed here for two nights. It was just ok. Don't expect anything over the top considering how much you're paying. Breakfast is traditional Ecuadorian food. The hotel is close to all the downtown festivities and shops and is directly across the street from the city's main waterfall. We stayed here the weekend of Palm Sunday. The city was crazy with people, especially outside of the hotel. So, if you stay here that particular weekend, be prepared to be awakened very early (4am) in the morning with hundreds of people who have come to bath in the hot pools and waterfall.
