The property was great for our trip, if you're going to fish use hotdogs on the bottom for catfish. That's all we caught. We were also able to grill some steaks on the reqteq smoker on the very spacious patio.

Worth it 110%. The crane viewing is phenomenal -- from the house you can see them on the river, wake up to them lifting off, watch them in the cornfields all day, watch then come back at sunset, and sleep to their sounds all night (if you want! windows are well sealed if you don't ;). we booked several ...
