We could not stay at this hotel from the conditions. The smell was awful and instantly gave me a headache. The floors were filthy. The walls and doors had holes in them. The handle on our hotel door wasn’t secure. There was hair on the vanity, bathroom, the tub was filled with soap scum. So much more.

The hotel was in deplorable and unsafe condition. Upon arrival around 2:00 a.m., the lobby reeked of urine and the building was unsecured. When we entered from the parking lot, the flimsy exterior door was unlocked and partially ajar. Although there was a buzzer next to the door, it was not in use. When we entered to check in, the front desk was completely unattended. A framed sign next to the phone directed guests to call the desk manager’s cell phone—an indication that this lack of staffing is a standard practice, not an exception. We rang the bell several times and called the number before the manager eventually emerged from a back room. Later, when we came back down to request a refund and check out, we had to go through the exact same process—ringing the bell, calling out, and phoning his cell again before he returned to the desk. The stairwell carpet was so heavily stained that its original color was unrecognizable, and the area was filled with a strong odor. Once we reached the second floor, we were met with loud televisions, yelling, and slamming doors. After entering our room, I turned on the bathroom light and saw a cockroach run from the bathroom into the bedroom. The bedding appeared dirty, the furniture was stained, the bathroom fixtures were rusted, and the door to the hallway could not be locked securely. We immediately left the room and requested a refund.

This hotel should be condemned, as the room was dirty, holes in rug, window was broken with a piece of steel holding it shut. Pictures on line were completely different then how the actual room was. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I left the hotel room after an hour. The amount of bugs on the walls and in/under the bed was shocking. If Hotels.com does not refund my money I will contest credit card charge. They should be ashamed allowing this place to advertise on this site. WOW!!

ChatGPT said: Breakfast is pretty light, but there are some great spots nearby that open early and serve an awesome breakfast. The best part though—those beds and pillows are insanely comfortable. My first comment is DON'T STAY HERE... the rating for this motel is overrated, and no one should EVER book a hotel room without reading the reviews! Our room and the motel were FAR below any standard that should be expected. Here is our list of issues: broken floor lamp, missing desk lamp, missing desk chair, damage to wall, no shampoo, conditioner or hand soap, no blow dryer but empty spot for it, hole in top "sheet", stained carpets throughout, gross looking tub floor, no blankets, TV remote was dying, strange people hanging out in lobby and parking lot, apparently is known for in the area hotels as being a hang out for vagrants or others. Reviews posted have the appearance that they were posted by the ownership or family members.

The room was filthy. Gunk on the side of the microwave, greasy fingerprints all over the TV screen and the composite floor was positively sticky. We decided to just walk out and forego the money we had just spent on this cesspool of a room. Threw the keys on the manager’s counter and told him we had an emergency and had to get back on the road. We just wanted to get out of there ASAP before we picked up some kind of disease.

Very expensive for the poor condition of hotel. Rust and mold in room and bathroom. Lock broken on door. Comfortable bed, roomy. Didn’t have breakfast— two chairs in lobby and meager offering of food. Gentleman at front desk very responsive to have repair man fix TV twice; shower faucet not labeled, trouble getting hot water.

It was absolutely gross. Dirty dirty dirty. 1 wash cloth for 2 people. Window wide open when we got to the room. Not even a blanket in the room. When went down and got towels and blankets they had holes in them. Top sheet for bottom and top. Nothing to get ice in. Not even a glass to rinse mouth after brushing our teeth. Pretty sure that the homeless are staying there. Looked like blood and urine on the wall. We asked for our money back and was told because we booked through here and not directly the hotel they would not give me the money back. Hopefully I didn’t catch anything from there. Didn’t expect a palace but The room was NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES!! PROMOTING THIS ESTABLISHMENT THROUGH THIS SITE IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! IWANT MY MONEY BACK AND THEN SOME!!!!
