No cleaning staff on weekends, so room turnover did not happen. Parking lot and elevator access smelled like marijuana / weed, and it was pretty strong. My teenage kids got nauseous. Notified the staff but it took over 36 hours for the problem to resolve. If it was available over Christmas weekend, we would have checked out early and transferred to another hotel.

We let the staff know multiple times of various issues: sink stopper wouldn’t come up thus causing water in the sink whenever running the faucet, mass spiderwebs in the parking garage elevator entrance, etc. and they always said they would do something but never did. Simple things, but it made the experience gross. You can find a better place to stay. $30 per day for parking was also outrageous.

Friendly staff at the guest desk, her name is Chandrisa. Clean room. Except I don’t like how far is the toilet paper across from the toilet in the front of me. I woke up in the middle of the night forgot it’s more than arm length to reach the toilet paper.
