The Staff was amazing, but the clientele left something to be desired. A lot of hanging in the hallways, marijuana smoking. Very young crowd who seemed to by rooms to party. It’ll be our last stay at this location. I’d like to reiterate the Front DesknStaff was Amazing!!!!

Great Area

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and well kept. The bed was the best bed I have slept in for a long time.The reception staff is very helpful and friendly. There were a few hiccups that seem to stem from lack of training (knowledge) from the staff. I added the breakfast package on my card on file but when arriving was told not nicely that they dont do that anymore. Upon check out I called and requested late check out to be charged to my card on file. They assured me no problem. Only to be rudely accosted by the housekeeping manager. The ppl you talk to at the desk do not complete tasks by phone. It would be better to go down in person. They only refresh and take out trash upon request. Other than those small things... i loved my stay. The accessible room was great for my daughter's wheelchair, and I will definitely return.

Only dissatisfaction is the walls are thin, can hear next door's music. The garage parking seems a little dodgy. Had some cars with folks doing drugs. Be careful.

Room was clean. set up was a bit strange, TV was to the side of the bed. Main door was all banged up. Bed was very hard. Room temp was set at 85 when we got there so it never really cooled down even after setting it to 67. For the price it was a decent place to stay.

March Atlanta trip.

It was not so good. From a legal stand point, it as they said. However; they didnot mention a continental breakfast. They held $120. The room was paid for in advance. I see the place as a nickel and dime hotel. Maybe next time I will stay at the Sonesta across town.

It was OK for one night. My room smelled like cat urine. Which made it hard to get comfortable. I went out and purchased a candle which helped with the smell. The bed was comfortable, but the hotel is outdated.
