After getting some breakfast I got onto the elevator and was trapped for awhile in metal box on my floor unable to get off I even picked up the emergency phone but it didn't work luckily I just started pressing button's and was able to get off on another floor and then get to my floor

Always stay in Alpharetta near the Ameris Bank Amphitheater! Concert venue came out to see Billy Idol & Joan Jett! Wonderful night and great Hotel! Thank you! For great night and hospitality!

Friendly staff, very clean rooms, good free breakfast options, the bathroom area sink did not drain properly, the bathroom door was patched in a large area & the door handle was loose & did not close easily, the carpet in the kitchen area was patched poorly.
