Hotel interior was ok, but the exterior walking anywhere was sketchy. No bathroom ventilation. Smells of mold and water everywhere. Good walking location to events, but first view blocks were scary at best.

Great Bed, Much to Learn about Customer Service

The bed was comfortable and size of the room was great. The neighborhood is up and coming, but safe to walk around. Great view from the pool and the hotel restaurant. The breakfast was very subpar - tasteless fruits and unremarkable Greek yogurt and watery orange juice and mediocre coffee from a machine. When we called to reception complain that the air conditioning in our room wasn't cooling it off, they said they would send someone up. That person never showed up. When we called to reception at 7:30am to say that a hole had opened up in the ceiling and water was gushing into our room (we had to move a trashcan to catch the water and steer our luggage far away from the water), they said they would send someone up. They never did. When I checked out at 7:55am and mentioned the ceiling had opened up and there was water in our room and they said they were sending someone but that person never came they said, "Our maintenance department opens at 8am." It seems like one should send a staff member to a guest room when there is water gushing into it...! So they have much to learn in the way of what good customer service means for a brand name that is usually synonymous with good service, but in this case was not.

It’s not in good neighborhood. Reception is kind of rude and not very understanding. Expedia prices are cheaper than ones at the hotel itself. Requested cot and they brought something that looked it was chewed up and put together . Someone literally sewed it together . It was kind of dirty too. Only good thing there is a restaurant with nice view Would never stay again

The staff was nice. I ordered ice, but never received. Pool opened late and closed early, so I wasn’t able to really use. In fact, when I went to the pool, there were no clean pool towels for me.

I didn't like that I wasn't accommodated to a room with two beds. I requested to move from a junior suite to a room with two beds so that my niece could sleep comfortably. When I made the front desk aware of this, they were really nice and said they would give me another room. They did and it was the same room. Still a suite and the shower 🚿 wasn't good. The water wouldn't go down and made a puddle in the shower stall. I will say, the bed was comfortable. The is a bit noisy so if you're looking for quite, don't stay here.

I don’t know what needs to happen to have a star taken away from this hotel but it is 100% not a 5 star. Our air conditioner did not work properly and despite 6 phone calls in 3 days to the front desk no one ever came to look at it or fix it. The area was not good for walking, felt extremely unsafe and we had to take taxis everywhere due to not wanting to walk around the neighborhood. Also beware that if you have a room on the 8th floor you can hear chairs from the restaurant on the 9th floor being dragged across the floor when you are trying to sleep. The only redeeming thing was that the room was nice and big and it was clean and we did have a beautiful view of the acropolis. But honestly not worth it for the zero service, bad location and no air conditioning.

Was an amazing hotel just disappointed with the pool area not big enough for the number of guests and not cleaning up after themselves. Also guests speaking loudly during the night when we where sleeping.

Great Place to Relax and Keep Cool

Staff was welcoming and attentive. The room was clean and the a/c was excellent and already in when we arrived to our room. The rooftop pool was a great hang out place to beat the heat.

Great customer service not all rooms are equal

I had to switch rooms after my first night because the shower in the first room needs to be repaired. And it could use some maintenance to look a little less rundown in the room. I was first in, but they did switch my room and it ended up being in a much better condition.
