We didn’t like that we were not given a code to enter the property beforehand despite being told we would receive an email with check in details. We had a very long flight, flying over 15 hours to arrive and have to wait outside at the door. There was no one to greet us and we had all of our luggage outside of the property on the street while we tried to connect to the WiFi to contact someone from the property. This was not a good experience. This was the only negative experience. The property is beautiful and kept very clean which we liked. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the amenities of the property. I would stay there again provided the aforementioned issue is resolved.

Apartments was awesome very very clean. The property manager welcomed us with the well known Greek hospitality and warmth. Location is AWESOME . Truly recommended.

I forgot this was an apartment, not a hotel. We had a very confusing beginning, as there was no reception or lobby. We were able to get in as someone else was leaving. I used the telephone on the entrance table, and Janis was very nice. He spoke English very well. We had trouble with the combination lock on our room door, but after some phone calls, we got in. Room was very nice, clean, spacious. He also gave good instructions on how to take the Metro to the airport.

A very nice and clean hotel. Quick check in process and a decent gym. Wifi is reliable. It is self serve. So you have no concierge. Also the location is a little far from the touristy areas but it is close to the metro karaiskis. Overall excellent but keep in mind the location.

The room was nice, clean and prepared for our stay. Both beds were comfortable and the hot tub was great after a long day of travel from the U.S. Some improvement needs to be done in the main bathroom downstairs. The shower drained very slow and as a result, some water spilled over because the lip on the shower is not very big. And some additional hooks could be added into the bathroom so that you can hang your towels up as it is currently there is only one towel bar. Thank you for the bottled water!
