This was the perfect hotel for visiting Athens! We even ate at their roof top restaurant which had the most amazing view of the Acropolis. The service was excellent and the food was great! Our room was small but very clean, stylish and comfortable. Will visit again

From the moment we pulled up to The Pinnacle to the moment we left the staff and service was top notched. The staff at the front desk gave us so many excellent recommendations for sites to see and places to eat. The rooftop restaurant is a must for dinner! Evie was wonderful and made our night. We loved our two stays at The Pinnacle - and can’t wait to return the next time we’re in Athens. The location is perfect - easy walking distance between the Monastiraki and Syntagma Square metro stations and all the pedestrian shopping areas and Plaka, the acropolis, great restaurants and more. The service was impeccable with friendly assistance at every turn. The 2BR/2BS suite we stayed in for our mother daughter (two sets) vacation was so comfortable with a small kitchenette and we were upgraded to the penthouse suite upon our return stay after a week in Skopelos. When we arrived early from our flight we were able to drop off our luggage and go to their 8th floor where they had cold cucumber water and snacks for us and a restroom where we could freshen up and change before heading out for lunch and some shopping until our room was ready at 3pm. We also got late checkout today which was very much appreciated. The desk made reservations for us for drivers to get to the Mandoudi ferry for our trip to Skopelos and dinner reservations and more, concierge service with a friendly smile every time! I highly recommend The Pinnacle for your stay in Athens!

This was a great place if you want to shop and try the local fair. It’s not the luxury hotel but the staff were so very welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the 6 bed suite but the third bed was a pull out couch so not the best but the other two bedrooms were very nice one with its own bath. My family enjoyed this hotel.

perfect location! We recently stayed for one night before our cruise and loved it so much we’re coming back for two more nights after. What truly stands out is the incredible staff. Their level of customer service is top-notch! While we were checking out and leaving some bags before heading to the port, there was a difficult situation with another (very unreasonable) guest at the front desk. The way the team handled it was truly impressive—professional, calm, and composed. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who took care of it all—she was amazing at de-escalating the situation and maintaining a great atmosphere. Huge kudos to the team—your professionalism didn’t go unnoticed!

What a great little boutique hotel. Good location. Nice room our view was just ok. The staff was awesome! This was one of the best parts of this experience. Friendly and very helpful. They have a little rooftop that serves very limited but good food. Again the woman who helped us was wonderful! There is an amazing view of the city from the roof. A perfect and romantic spot to sip wine with my beautiful wife at sunset.
