The hotel location could NOT be better. Amazingly walkable, close to almost everything, restaurants, bars, ancient ruins, sites, the metro, it was literally so easy to get around. We booked the Executive Acropolis view, and it was AMAZING! AMAZING! The staff were friendly and wanted to make sure we had everything. The room and en-suite were clean and had whatever we could ask for. The bed was very comfortable. We did not partake in breakfast, instead opting to go to one of the many restaurants around. The ONLY thing I could be critical of was the HVAC system was not working well and it did take the staff a couple days to get it worked out. This was not a huge deal as we went when the weather was mild, but in the summer, it would’ve been miserable. However I do not believe this is a common occurrence, as the hotel is modern, and as I said, the staff did work to get it sorted ASAP. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Highly recommend! Friendly staff, nice rooms, and super location. The only only thing to watch out for is the door handle. If you grab the outside and push it will crush your fingers. I almost broke my finger accidentally. If you avoid that mistake with the door, the hotel Is pretty flawless

Very close to restaurants and walkable to all attractions included museum, acropolis, ancient agora. Do not drive in this area and don't rent a car, parking is terrible. The breakfast got great reviews but I thought it was just okay, the best thing they had was fresh orange juice but the next days there they added ice to make it cold and ended up watering it down too much. Guys put it in a refrigerator, don't add ice, Id rather drink it room temperature than watered down

This hotel is walking distance to pretty much everything in Athens related to the ruins but also close to food and shopping and public transportation! The SMART hotel is a clever concept but there were definitely some technical glitches. Otherwise, the room was spectacular and the service was great as well.

Great location for tourists. However, the room was edgy, modern. Only hardwood, strong lighting. No drawers. Awful lighting and setup in bathroom, tho shower was great. A lot of noise from outside until 3 am. Breakfast was good Greek with almost no options for American or English. Staff was pleasant but not proactive in any way. E.g. street and surrounding street’s were closed all weekend. We only found out about it when we asked about a cab to airport Sunday morning. We had to drag our luggage about 2/3 mile uphill to an area to get a cab. Staff didn’t offer to have someone assist us to get our luggage up the hill. Just pointed us in the right direction. (We are fit but in our late 70s.) Pretty disgraceful.

Amazing Hospitality

Hellenic Vibes is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The gentlemen at the front desk were friendly and incredibly professional. They arranged rides for us and even made breakfast boxes for us since we were leaving early in the morning. The rooms are amazing and incredible clean. We stayed there for the first and last nights of our 10 day trip in Greece. Not only did they remember us when we arrived back, they also gifted us with a bottle of wine to celebrate the end of our vacation. Stay here when in Athens.

The hotel is located in the downtown area and is very convenient for public transportation. They provided everything we needed, including a toothbrush, shaving kit, tea kettle, and other accessories. They also offer buffet options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I tried the breakfast buffet, many items were fresh and tasty. I’d recommend it if you don’t have another place in mind. The staff were very nice and helpful throughout my stay.
