This property was perfect for a stay in Athens. The breakfast offered was amazing. The bar at the hotel offers phenomenal acropolis views. The front desk staff was incredible in getting us a taxi to the cruise port. Overall incredible stay!

First night was on the lower level which felt like a 2 star hotel. After requesting and issues faced, the staff upgraded to suite which is significantly better and felt like 4 star hotel. If we stayed on the upper level for the entire stay, this would have been 5 star review. Sadly, the first night was a disaster. The staff is amazing and works toward helping the customer.

This is a great place to stay, it’s in the heart of Athens, you can walk to lots of shopping, eating and many of the tourist attractions. It’s about a mile walk to the Acropolis, less walk to some of the other cool ruins too. The staff are very friendly. This is our second time staying here, we really enjoy it. Also easy to Uber from here to the cruise port.

I was extremely unhappy with the service in the roof top dining. We were treated very badly and when I went to speak to the front desk about it, it was shrugged off like it didn't matter at all.

The bathroom doesn’t have a proper shower just a showerhead in the middle of the room, so water goes everywhere. The tiles haven’t been grouted properly and I nearly cut my foot coming out. It feels unsafe and uncomfortable. The room itself, from the furniture to the overall condition, looks and feels more like a 2-star than the 4-star standard that was advertised. The photos online definitely don’t match what I’ve walked into.

Very nice and modern with an excellent breakfast buffet, good WiFi, high water pressure and nice showers, and a cool rooftop bar with view of Acropolis. One complaint is that you can’t adjust the temperature in your room yourself. You call the front deck and they do it immediately for you but seems unnecessary. But also with the AC, several times in our 3-day stay we clearly had cigarette smoke coming into our room through the AC - the hotel must have smoking rooms and someone the air flow is t setup right. Finally, we had adjacent rooms and neither window fully closed so it could be locked - not a safety concern as all rooms are higher up, even 2nd floor, but there was a lot of music/noose/partying outside on the street and the windows weren’t soundproof so it was hard to sleep before 11::30pm.

Excellent property in an excellent location. Steps away from Ermou street- a a central, pedestrian street in Athens. Wonderful breakfast with many options. Shopping and good dining options walking distance. Plaka and Acropolis within walking distance. Staff are polite and very helpful. Definitely recommend for families!

Excellent location (15min brisk walk to entrance before Acropolis and 2-3min to shopping district). Can notice hotel done some reno to uplift aging facade. Room we stayed was quiet enough to sleep but spurts of muffled sound of jubilation from the rooftop bar can be heard. All in all a pleasant experience for us.

This was a great hotel that was central to shopping district, great food options and walking distance to the Acropolis and many other tourist attractions. Only negative was our hotel room was awkwardly configured and small for three people which was a challenge. Other rooms looked bigger and better organized. Recommend this hotel to stay.

Lovely staff, great location, fantastic view from the roof bar but very tired hotel. Even the upgraded rooms could do with being upgraded again. The gym was very basic, as are some of the rooms. My initial room was like sleeping on a rock in a student halls.
