Charging for valet service and not having it as part of the cost is deceptive. Then the staff gave me corporate speak rather than acknowledge the issue. Heater blew ice cold and controls didn't work. No one answered the service call. Put me in a new room luckily it didn't blow ice cold and the controls didn't work. Finally, paid for the valet, but app didn't work to request my car. Oops not finally, the coffee we were told would be available with a comp breakfast was available if you paid for it. IHS won't see me again anywhere!

Beautiful Asheville

It was such a wonderful stay. The staff was just amazing. So friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious and very clean. We had breakfast on property and I highly recommend adding the meal voucher. Location was a bonus. The entire experience was perfection.

Valet Parking was not listed on the hotel information sheet where the pet fee is listed, you have to go to an embedded informational page on parking and transportation. The booking site listed parking "on-site" which did not list a fee. The 3 other guests that also checked in during my time in the lobby did not know of the added fee so this is so misleading and I will be visiting again and will not stay at your establishment because of the added parking fee. I paid for the breakfast and our Saturday morning service was so slow, a waiter came to our table 3 times to ask if we have ever been served. We waited about 15plus minutes just to get a menu. The waitress brought our juice and RAN back to the bar to get straws and could not multiple task and think about what was needed for a drink. We did give them another chance on Sunday and sat waiting for menus that we decided we could not go through that wait again and left to purchase another meal while on the road.

Too many Logistics issues with having to check out by 11:00 but needing a place to park. Having to pay extra for parking and then not even getting 24 hours of parking was a pain. They charged a late fee and told me I would get reimbursed and did not. Ended up paying $42 for parking. They have to figure out a better way with this. Also don't pay for breakfast with the reservation as it's not worth it.

We absolutely love this hotel, but we hate that we have to pay for parking when we're already paying for the hotel. We feel like parking should at least be halfway included.
