Book Arumeru hotels

This property is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are fantastic, they grow their own coffee, avocados and other gorgeous plants and flowers. The rooms are beautiful, big and the view of Mount Meru was outstanding. . However, what makes this hotel five stars is the hotel staff. They are amazingly kind, professional, courteous and ready to answer or help in any way needed. The breakfast buffet has a tremendous variety and was delicious. The coffee for the lattes was grown on site. Overall, a fantastic experience! Thank you Gran Melia staff!

Very helpful staff. They provided very prompt service. They offered free pick up and drop off to the airport at Kilimanjaro. The stay was very smooth and everything was well organized and very clean. The food at the restaurant was also great. Would definitely recommend booking this place if you are in the area and need an overnight stop!

Great rooms, great spot.

Amazing property, great customer service, awesome calming river behind our back door, delicious food (sooo good), and a pool with monkey's swinging around in the trees above. I liked that they don't have tv, I was able to rejuvenate and get work done in a serene environment. Highly recommended!

The views of Mt Meru and the surrounding bush country were magnificent. The grounds include banana, papaya, mango, pineapple and avocado plants/trees, all of which enhance the experience. The staff were extremely attentive and polite. All speak English. We loved the food so much my wife wanted to bring the chef home (joking of course, but high praise). The lodge staff were trained as part of a program to provide a good livelihood to local residents who otherwise would have limited opportunities. While the lodge is remote (not in Arusha city), it is close to Arusha National Park, and lodge staff will provide driving tours (for extra cost), which is well worth it.

Great Hotel with friendly staff. Very clean with comfortable bedding. Many options for activities through the desk. Yes, a 15 min dirt road into the property… consider it a bonus mini-safari. I saw many birds and a dik-dik!
