Convenient location indeed! Rooms are updated and clean for one night stay. Wish there were more food options for late arrivals. No food options, besides espresso and the airport vending machine, in the middle of the night if you are upside down / arriving late like we were. The shower was not holding temperature so we could not really use it, but the staff acknowledged the issue and helped us. Overall good stay. The hotel staff are helpful and always available!

Perfect for a night before a flight.

Ideal choice for overnight stay before a flight. Perfectly positioned for fast car rental return, train and terminal access. Check in/out was organized and fast. Our room was set up with a very large and comfy roll-away bed upon arrival. The room was a decent size and clean. Only issue was the temperature. The room AC wouldn’t go below 21, and the second floor halls were quite warm too. Breakfast buffet in the restaurant was great, very extensive and constantly replenished. We did have to wait until we were done eating for our coffees to arrive however. At night we ate at the same restaurant. Great service, but the food was average. We did notice on our tv account that we had been charged for an item in the room fridge we didn’t take, but they were happy to remove it without question at check out. Overall a good stay. We would def stay here again if passing through.

Best of all bad options

There is only one reason to ever consider staying at this hotel; it is inside the Milan Malpensa Airport, with a drive-up entrance to check-in. The Milan Airport, probably one of the worst international airports among high-income countries in the world, is located about an hour outside of Milan in the middle of nowhere (taxi to center of Milan = 130 Euros). No other hotel close to this terribly located and equipped airport. The layout of the hotel is among the worst. Walking to my room, wheeling my luggage on carpet, from the check-in was further than walking the entire length of Concourse A (one extreme side to the other) at the Atlanta Airport. Food was bad to passable. Bed was OK. Shower OK, but so high off the floor as to be risky for elderly people at risk of falls. Next time I'll fly into a different airport to travel to Italy. If you have no other option than to find a hotel near the Milan airport, wear your walking shoes, pack light, and stay at this hotel.

Great if you fly at morning

Incredibelly convinient! 5 minutes walk from the car return, and 5 minutes walk to the terminal. We had a perfect night sleep before our morning departure back home. The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and so quiet!
