Great experience

The room was clean. Shower was weak. Guy’s was good though overpriced. Casino was tight.

Clean room, friendly staff, affordable rates near venue. Did not have the breakfast. No complaints at all.

I like the upgrade of the rooms. They look good. Now they need to upgrade their sheets and covers for the beds.

I didn't get up to eat breakfast, but it was a nice change to stay in a place where the front staff is quick and friendly and the room isn't broke down and dirty! the room was clean and the air was quiet I would stay again for sure!

I didn't last an hour in this hotel. Initially, I didn't realize that they were not ADA compliant. I was given a room on the second floor and asked for an elevator and she said there wasn't one. I then asked for a room on the first floor, she said they were booked and didn't have any other rooms. It was late so I struggled up the stairs to the room. I sat my things down. The comforter on the bed had stains and still, I decided I'd just sleep in the other bed. I tried to turn on the television, it did not work at all. I then went to use the restroom and then there was an insect crawling across the floor. At that point, I gathered my things, struggled back downs the stairs and told the staff that I could not stay there. It was at that point that she offered me another room. I declined, but asked, how did she now have ac room when just moments ago, they were booked? They need an extermination and deep cleaning. I do not recommend staying here until they have upgraded there facility.
