The accommodation
The light-flooded village house was extensively and extensively renovated from the ground up by the owners and offers our guests the highest level of comfort. It is located in the quiet village of Ariany, which is only about 15 km away from the beautiful beaches of Playa de Muro.
You enter the house through the impressive entrance area, behind which is the living - dining area with an open and fully equipped kitchen (for example with a Dolce Gusto machine). Lots of light comes through the window front, which extends across the entire width of the house.The smooth-running, wide-opening glass sliding doors lead over the covered terrace into the garden, where the 8 x 3 m large and up to 1.60 m deep infinity pool is located. There are 6 sun loungers available at the pool, there is also an outdoor shower for cooling off in between, as well as a hanging chair for chilling out. To enjoy daily outdoor meals, there is a dining area on the covered terrace, which is accessed directly from the kitchen. A grill is of course available. In the front area of the house there are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a bathroom en suite. These two bedrooms have a ceiling fan. Another shower room can be accessed from the living area.
A spacious wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Here, with a view of the garden, is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, air conditioning and its own dressing room. The bathroom is equipped with a large double shower, bidet and bathtub. A fully equipped fitness room with various sports equipment can also be used. The house is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
By installing a fireplace and underfloor heating, the property can be heated very well and is therefore ideal for guests who also, or especially, appreciate Mallorca in winter.Electricity consumption is billed according to consumption (0.40 euros / kWh) and will be offset against a deposit of €300.00 to be paid in cash at the end of your stay.
