Peaceful resort with air conditioning. Also has a very nice pool.

We had a pleasant stay. The Pool is very nice. The restaurant serves Good food with friendly staff. The hotel animals are friendly but the cat bit me when i touched her paw lightly. The room was quite clean but did not smell clean. We had to change room because the first room had no toilet seat which apparently is true for several of the rooms. There are monkeys and exotic birds in the rear of the hotel which is very exciting, but don’t leave anything on the balcony.

Our go-to spot for spending the night when breaking up the drive between Bogotá and Medellin. The pleasant grounds, relaxed vibe, simple but modern rooms and good breakfasts keep us coming back.

The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which was a positive. ​However, our arrival was slightly marred by an issue: all electrical outlets in the room were not working. Although we initially informed the staff, we unfortunately had to ask a couple of times before the issue was properly addressed. ​Once we pushed for a solution, the staff member who finally handled it was extremely helpful. They quickly ensured the maintenance team fixed the problem completely. The only minor drawback was the somewhat inconvenient location, making transportation a bit tricky if you didn't have your own vehicle. However, the quality of the property certainly compensated for this.
