Unit 2 is situated at the rear of the building, allowing ultimate privacy and lovely views over the lawn and established gardens with easy access to the inground pool plus a car space underneath. Open kitchen with long bench spaces, double sink, wide servery, electric appliances and dishwasher opens to the wide covered verandah for alfresco dining. Wonderful living area with comfortable lounge setting, TV and air-conditioning. Louvered windows throughout allows natural light and cross breezes into every room.
